Irish Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup | Salted Butter (softened)
  • 1 cup | Granulated White Sugar
  • 1 cup | Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp. | Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 6 Tbsp. | Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 2 | Large Eggs
  • 3 cups | All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. | Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp. | Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. | Sea Salt
  • 2 cups | Chocolate Chips

How to Make

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. (Set aside.)
  3. Cream together butter, sugars, and Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur until combined.
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
  5. Mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
  6. Add a 12 oz package of chocolate chips and mix well.
  7. Roll dough into balls and place them on your cookie sheet
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
