Irish Cream Pumpkin Meringue Pie

Ingredients

  • 15 oz | Pumpkin Purée
  • 1/2 cup | Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup | Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp. | Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. | Orange Zest (Grated)
  • 3 | Whole Eggs (Beaten)
  • 1 | Egg Yolk (Beaten)
  • ½ cup | Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 cup | Heavy Cream

How to Make

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until combined.
  2. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350F for about 75 – 80 minutes until filling is set in the middle.
