Irish Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 oz Ben Holladay Bourbon
  • ½ oz Honey-Cinnamon Syrup

How to Make

  1. Add Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur, Ben Holladay Bourbon, Honey-Cinnamon Simple Syrup, and ice into a shaker
  2. Shake for 20 – 30 seconds until chilled
  3. Strain into a rocks glass
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick

Honey-Cinnamon Syrup

  • 1 cup – White Sugar
  • 1 cup – Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup – Honey
  • 4 Sticks  – Cinnamon
  • 3 Cups – Water
  1. Add ingredients to a pot
  2. Bring to a boil (Stirring occasionally to make sure all the sugar is dissolved)
  3. Reduce the heat to a simmer
  4. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes
  5. Remove from the heat and let cool at room temperature for 1 hour
  6. Using a fine mesh strainer, strain off any cinnamon
  7. Bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
