- 1 cup | Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur
- 2 cups | Whole Milk
- 1 cup | Heavy Cream
- 4 large | Egg Yolks
- 1/3 cup | Sugar
- 1 tsp. | Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. | Ground Nutmeg (plus more for garnish)
How to Make
- Whisk eggs and sugar together in a medium bowl until thick and pale.
- In a saucepan, heat milk and cream over medium heat until just hot (don’t boil).
- Slowly temper the egg mixture by whisking in a little of the hot milk, then combine it all and return to the pan.
- Stir gently over low heat until it thickens slightly and coats the back of a spoon (about 5–7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, nutmeg, and Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur.
- Chill before serving, then pour into glasses and top with a dusting of nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
